Basic Flow
 
Basic classes are 60 minutes and are intended for those who wish a lighter class. No yoga experience necessary as we work on the foundation of the poses.

Intermediate classes are designed for practitioners who are comfortable with the basic poses and would like more challenging postures. Classes are 60 minutes.

Private 

If you have never tried yoga or you feel a bit tentative participating in a group class, a private session maybe for you. Private instruction offers concise knowledge for a more insightful understanding of yoga. Classes are 60 minutes and are available by reference only.
