Originally from Victoria, British Columbia, I moved to Truro in 2006. As a way to cope with a very demanding and fast paced career I discovered the benefits of yoga in 1999. I quickly found it to be a wonderful way to reduce stress and relax. In 2013, I enrolled in Yoga Teacher training to expand my own yoga journey and to be able to share the physical and mental benefits with others. In becoming a certified Yoga Teacher, I have instructed private and class sessions. Including beginners to experienced yoga practitioners, youth and seniors.
Besides yoga, I enjoy running and camping, instilling my love of nature with my two young children whom I parent with my husband Addie.
